Summer Camp 2026

Summer Camp check-in is Monday at 5pm in the gym for all Mon-Fri camps. 

Your camper will receive their cabin assignment at check-in. After that, you can drive them to their cabin and get them settled in. 
Note: We will feed your camper at 6pm supper on Monday.

Exceptions:

• Girls Adventure Camp check-in is Monday, 10am
• Boys Adventure Camp check-in is Wednesday, 10am.

You can register online now or download a registration form and mail it to the office or bring it with you to camper check-in. 

Please note: Early bird pricing is available now through May 1. Camper fees must be paid by that date to receive the discount. 

Camp Fees

• Online registration: Full camp fees must be paid at the time of registration with credit card.
• Print / Mail in registration: Payment is not required until Monday check-in, though you may pay some or all fees in advance if you wish.

• Bedding & pillow (for single/twin size mattress)
• Towels & toiletries
• Clothing: Our goal is to glorify God in all we do. We ask all staying on campus to dress modestly.
  • School appropriate clothes
  • No rips or tears above the knee for jeans/shorts
  • Shorts with mid-thigh inseam
  • Dress length just above the knee or longer
  • No sleeveless shirts
  • No 2-piece swimsuits unless midsection is covered
  • No see-through, inappropriate, or derogatory clothing
• Gear & extras
  • Swimming gear (dependent upon weather) such as ear plugs
  • sunscreen
  • bug spray
• Spending money for Kristina’s Korner (canteen) & gift shop. 
  funds will be deposited into our in-house camper bank system so your camper doesn't have to keep up with cash.
• Prescription meds – turned in and distributed by appointed personnel

Yes, we have a lost and found! If your camper has left something behind, call the camp office at 337-666-2443, email robin@camppearl.com, or message us on Facebook. 

Online registration closes at midnight the Friday before your camp starts.

Example:
If you're registering your camper for Pathfinders Camp, online registration will close Friday night at midnight on July 3rd. You can still register your camper in person on Monday, July 6th, after the pre-registration check-in at 5pm. 

Check-out - 7pm Friday evening at the cabins. 

Exceptions: Girls Adventure Camp check-out is Wednesday, 5pm at the cabins and Boys Adventure Camp check-out is Friday, 5pm at the cabins.
